Question: What is a VIP member?
Answer: If you have signed up on the website you are able to purchase all products that are not restricted. If you wish to purchase a product that is restricted you will need to send us photo copy of a state issued photo id. This id is used to verify that you are old enough to purchase restricted products. You will only have to do this once. When we receive your photo id we will update your account. You will receive an email notification and you may purchase restricted products. When you are logged in you will then be able to add restricted products your cart.

Question: When will this product be available?
Answer: We do not know when an individual product will become available. Manufactures send product out at various times and we do not know when they will send them to us. If you would like to be notified when a product becomes available you can add your email on the product page and click on the button that says "Email Me When Available". You will then receive an email when that product has been added to inventory.

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Returns require a return authorization number to be accepted. Please call 218-759-1866 to get a return authorization number.

Question: Will you ship to a PO Box?
Answer: We use various shippers to get you your products, none of them ship a PO box. You must use a street address for deliveries.

Question: How do you ship orders?
Answer: All products are shipped via ground or surface.
Most orders are shipped the same day. We ship from R&R Arms as well as other locations. We drop ship some products from our manufactures and venders according to availability.
You can expect your products in 3 to 7 business days. All orders under $50.00 will have a $3.00 handling fee added to shipping.

Question: Do you ship Internationally?
Answer: Yes!
R&R Arms will ship to any unrestricted country. You will be prompted to get a special shipping quote.
We will then calculate the international shipping charge based on your request. You will be notified via e-mail of the actual shipping charges. You are then able to return to your shopping cart to complete your order.
Please check and make sure you can receive the items you intend to purchase before ordering. Should a package be returned do to your importing restrictions you may not receive a refund.
We do not ship any restricted items outside the USA.

Question: How do I get a quote on Special Order Firearms?
Answer: To receive an estimate on a special order DPMS rifle please send an email with the desired rifle and upgrades or accessories to estimates@rrarms.com. You will receive a reply via email with an official estimate. It will ask you to reply with an answer to accept and have the firearm ordered or decline.

Question: How do I become a dealer?
Answer: Sign up on the website using the company name as an username. Then use your information for the rest of the account. Send a copy of your Federal Firearms License to us via Fax at 218-755-9323 or email it to us at service@rrarms.com or mail it to us at 25323 Beltrami Line Rd. Bemidji, MN 56601. Please include a note stating your wish to be granted dealer pricing.

Question: Why do some items have no picture?
Answer: Most images are from the manufacture and if they do not have one available to us, we may not have it.

Question: Can I add to my order?
Answer: No. When we receive your order it is sent to the warehouse to be put together and shipped. If there is something else you wish to get please place another order.

Answer: No. If a product is not available you may request to be notified via email when a product becomes available. To do so please add your email on the product page.
