Privacy Policy: R&R Arms does not sell
or distribute any of your personal information. Your credit
card information is NEVER stored in our system. The information
R&R Arms has collected from you will be used to help us
determine whether or not you can purchase certain products.
R&R Arms may use the information you have provide to send
you information related to something you have requested or
other material that is deemed important.
Typographical Errors: R&R Arms reserves
the right not to honor typographical or image errors that
may occur in the information we receive from our suppliers.
R&R Arms reserves the right to cancel any order for product
that is listed at the incorrect price. Any order that is canceled
due this type of error will be credited to your account.
VIP Membership: R&R Arms requires certain
information from you in order to verify your age and eligibility
to purchase restricted items which include: firearms, handguns,
primers, powder, ammo, etc. For the purchase of certain restricted
products a background check needs to be completed. In such
a case where a background check is necessary the product will
be sent to an FFL Dealer that will run that background check
before you receive your product for a small charge.
Orders: R&R Arms reserve the right to
cancel any order or part of an order in which a malfunction
occurs and/ or deem improper. R&R Arms will notify you
of such cancellations or inquire into a solution. Your account
will be credited back for any order or part of an order that
is canceled. Firearm orders take a few days to process. You
cannot add to an order once it has been placed. Please place
another one. R&R Arms is not responsible for knowing local
laws pertaining to firearms, ammunition, and other weapons
in your area. Check your local laws prior to ordering. Any
order which cannot be fulfilled due to local law restrictions
will be subject to a restocking fee. Orders less than $55.00
of shippable product will be subject to a $3.00 service charge
which will be added to your shipping.
Return Policy: Product is first backed by
the manufacturer’s warranty. R&R Arms are not a
warranty station for any company. R&R Arms do not accept
warranty repairs. Not all products may be returned (see notices
below). No returned merchandise will be accepted without a
return authorization number clearly marked on the outside
of the shipping container. Merchandise must be packaged in
it is original container or packaging in such a way that it
is sellable. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Restocking fee will be based on the condition of product and
packaging. If the reason for return is due to our error the
restocking fee will be waived. Customers that refuse shipments
will be responsible for original and return freight charges.
Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to be processed
once received.
Firearm Returns:
R&R Arms do NOT accept firearms returns after the firearm
has left the dealers location that you pick it up from. Upon
inspection of firearm at dealer location you may contact us
to report damage, missing or incorrect items. Firearms which
have left the dealers location are the responsibility of you
and the manufacture. If you order a gun which is not allowed
in your state you will be subject to return shipping and a
restocking fee. If you do not pass the background check on
your firearm purchase you will be responsible for return shipping
and a restocking fee.
Ammunition Returns:
R&R Arms do not accept ammunition returns unless the wrong
product was accidentally shipped due to our error.
Other Non-returnable products: Night vision products, air
guns, black powder firearms, powders, primers, and food. will
not be accepted unless R&R Arms sent wrong product.
Shipping: Shipping rates are based on the
weight of your order and service type you specify. The shipping
method you choose will take affect after the order is processed.
All firearms need to be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed
Dealer (FFL). If you purchase a firearm you will need to have
a dealer in your area where the firearm can be shipped. All
other products will be shipped to your residence. R&R
Arms cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You may not receive tracking
information on orders with hazardous materials. Ammunition
shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will incur an additional
$20.00 hazardous material charge. All powders and primers
will incur an additional $20.00 hazardous material charge.

Arms is not responsible or liable for the privacy practices
or content found on these sites. R&R Arms suggest that
you check the Privacy Notice of each site you visit.
Damaged or missing merchandise instructions:
All damages and shortages must be reported to the customer
service department with 3 business days of delivery date (218-759-1866).
Please save shipping cartons and documents for possible inspection
by carrier. If a product is missing check shipping carton
for damage. If not damaged product may be backordered and
the product will be shipped as soon as it is available.
Processing Time: Orders placed with R&R
Arms are processed as quickly as possible. Processing time
varies based on product and time of order. The shipping method
you choose does not change the speed of processing.

UPS Next Day 1 Business day
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
